Questions
Where does the data come from?
Public professional profiles and public company websites, looked up one cheap step at a time and stopping at the first confident match. We never ask for, or use, a login or cookie for any social network.
What counts as a contact?
Every valid address a run processes. Invalid and duplicate addresses are set aside before the run starts and are never charged. You see the estimate and set a hard cap before anything is spent.
How do you measure engagement?
From each subscriber’s open rate and click rate per send, as your email platform reports them — never “opened at least once”, which flatters a list. Engagement and fit together make the segments.
Can I use my own Apify and LLM keys?
Yes. On Free and BYOK the providers bill you directly at their own prices and Closed Loop charges for the orchestration only. Keys are stored sealed and are never shown again after you save them.
What gets written back to my email platform?
The fields and segments you map — title, company, grade, segment. Nothing is written until you approve the change, every write is read back to confirm it, and every change can be undone.
Do I need a Closed Loop account?
No. Enrich is its own product with its own plans. If you already use Closed Loop, the same sign-in opens both.
