Terms of service
The agreement covering pilot workspaces, including what happens to your data if you leave.

Closed Loop is in early access and this document is still being drafted. It will be in place before the first paying account connects a live ad account. If you need the current terms in the meantime, ask us directly and we will send them. The Closed Loop Enrich section below is in force.
Closed Loop Enrich
What you agree to when you use Closed Loop Enrich, on top of the terms above. Last updated 2026-10-24.
Your lists
- You may only import or connect lists you are allowed to process for this purpose: people who subscribed to you or are your contacts, with a privacy notice that tells them about it (Settings → Privacy → Privacy texts has a ready Article 14 notice).
- You are the controller of your subscribers’ data; Closed Loop processes it for you under the data processing terms. You answer your subscribers’ requests, and Enrich gives you the tools: Delete a person, the suppression list and Delete all Enrich data in Settings → Privacy.
- Do not import special categories of data (health, religion, politics and the like), data about children, or lists bought or scraped from elsewhere.
What Enrich does and does not do
- Enrich looks up public information only, never logs in anywhere and never uses session cookies. Do not ask it to, or try to make it.
- Lookups, grades and suggested offers are estimates from public data and a model. Check them before relying on them; do not use them for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person (employment, credit, housing, insurance).
- Nothing is written to your email platform until a person in your team approves it, and every write is read back and logged so it can be undone.
Your own keys and credits
- With your own Apify key, the lookups are billed by Apify to you, under Apify’s terms, at Apify’s price; Closed Loop adds nothing to it. The cap and reserve you set on a run are enforced before each batch.
- Plans and credit packs are billed through Polar. A plan’s monthly contacts reset each calendar month and do not roll over; credit packs belong to your organisation and never expire. Contacts already looked up are never charged again.
Ending
You can delete all of a workspace’s Enrich data at any time in Settings → Privacy; it is gone within minutes, except billing records and the deletion log, which we must keep. Deleting a workspace deletes its Enrich data with it.
